Role Overview

As The Bridges Group Recruitment Lead, you will lead the full life cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder collaboration. Your role is vital in identifying and attracting top talent in the property industry to meet our strategic goals. By leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and building strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process for The Bridges Group.

In this role, you will also be focused on continuous improvement in recruitment strategies and processes to align with the company’s goals and values and to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Innovative Sourcing: Utilise cutting-edge sourcing strategies and tools to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates.

* Data-Driven Insights: Provide data and insights on the talent market for hiring managers.

* Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pipeline, both internally and externally, for critical roles and future needs.

* Candidate Shortlisting: Deliver a shortlist for hiring managers, including direct applications, sourced candidates, and internal options.

* End-to-End Management: Manage the entire candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process.

* Screening and Assessments: Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

* Feedback and Communication: Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Strategic Partnering: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

* Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.

* HR Collaboration: Ensure alignment and collaboration between HR, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders.

* EVP: Maintain and update our Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

* Best Practices: Support hiring managers by sharing best practices and providing ongoing support.

* Training and Development: Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the recruitment capabilities of the team.

* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

* Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to attract top talent.

* Recruitment Data Management: Effective utilisation and maintenance of candidate management software including ensuring recruitment data is maintained compliantly.

* Reporting: Produce reports and insights for the business in line with reporting cycles and ad hoc requests.

* Onboarding and Induction: Oversee the onboarding process and initial induction of new staff.

* Probation Period: Work with the candidate and the relevant team leader to deliver a successful probationary period. This will include attending review meetings.

Additional Responsibilities

* HR Support: Work closely with the Head of HR and provide support during and cover where required.

* Recruitment Budget Management: Oversee the recruitment budget to attract the best talent.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

* A proven track record in direct sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.

* Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates accurately.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

* Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms, in particular, Indeed and LinkedIn.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

* Negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.

* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
