Commercial Site – Kings Cross

£48k & package, overtime and career path

Exciting opportunity to work for an established M&E service provider situated near Kings Cross, the HVAC Engineer is to be based in a large commercial building located near Kings Cross. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance..

Package

* Up to £48,000 per annum

* Overtime available

* 25 days holiday + BH

* Company Pension

* Monday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00am – 17:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, or air conditioning systems

* Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels

* Service and Repair of HVAC components

* Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely

* Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems

* Finding and fixing faults

* Providing technical support to engineers on site

Requirements :

* Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications

* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

* Good knowledge of hot water and plumbing systems, pressurisation units and commercial heating.

* Experience with working with VRVs, Split units, Chillers and AHUS
