Job Title: CNC Programmer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £42,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours:

* Monday – Thursday: 6am – 4:15pm

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking to join a leading fastener manufacturing company in Sheffield? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on a key role in our production team, working with Mazak machines and specializing in CNC Turning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Online programming of CNC machines, primarily using Mazak controls.

* Set up and operate CNC machines for production, ensuring precision and efficiency.

* Optimize machining processes for production of high-quality fasteners.

* Work closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines and ensure smooth operations.

* Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

* Make adjustments and improvements to programs as needed to maximize production efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in Mazak CNC programming.

* Strong understanding of CNC Turning processes.

* Previous experience in online programming is essential.

* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
