Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 to 17:00

Pay:
£12 - £14 PAYE Inclusive of Holiday Pay
£15 - £17ph Umbrella depending on skill, experience and pay type
Job Summary:
you will also be expected to travel around surrounding areas, supporting clinical staff.
Duties:
* Ensuring that all information is entered on Trust systems in a timely manner
* Delivering and implementing strategic plans within your area of responsibility
* Providing chaperone support to clinical staff when required
* Work across the team providing support to the team, including clinical and other administrative staff and those working lower banded posts
* Provide support to coordinate and arrange professional meetings for the Team as required, taking appropriate minutes, attend meetings appropriate to the post
* Provide administration support to senior staff
* Contribute to the selection and recruitment of administrative staff when required
* To ensure that building requirements are met including maintenance and contracts such as cleaning and ground maintenance.
* Actively support clinical staff to manage service development and quality assurance.
* To contribute to the development of outreach systems and processes.
* Ensure that all staff receive training in all aspects of their work and attend Trust mandatory training.
* To be responsible for and participate in the induction of new staff, students and volunteers.
* To be responsible for purchasing of supplies for the unit and assist the manager in the management of the team budgets including telephone, photocopying etc.
* To support the team in the deployment and appropriate use of IT, including monitoring of lone worker devices and mobile working.
* Provide training and support to the team
Essential Experience:
* At least 3 years NHS experience
* Having supervised members of staff before
Desirable Experience:
* System One experience
* ESR experience
* Conducting staff training
* Minute taking skills
