Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Site-based across Berkshire and Hampshire
Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week, with on-call duties as required

In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for carrying out responsive repairs to social housing tenanted properties, with a particular focus on joinery,carpentry etc. You'll have a structured daily schedule set by their central support team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service while managing your time effectively.

Manage a variety of tasks, including refurbishments and general property maintenance
Work from job tickets or handheld devices connected to a live shared system
