Salary £16,500 + OTE circa £45,000 My client is a leading automotive dealership in Bath, who is renowned for their exceptional customer service and wide range of new and used vehicles. My client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Car Sales Executive, in Bath you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Achieving and exceeding sales targets for both new and used vehicles.
Building strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service.
Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Providing expert product knowledge on our vehicle range.
Effectively utilising sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals.
Up selling additional products and services, such as finance, insurance, and accessories.
Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM data.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve departmental goals.Requirements:

Previous experience in the automotive sales industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
A full UK driving license is essential.
Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in cars.
