Teacher Responsibilities:

Develop and execute captivating lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Offer guidance and assistance to students to enrich their learning experience.
Foster a positive learning environment by effectively managing classroom behavior.
Adhere to school policies and procedures for a cohesive educational atmosphere.Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Support teachers in the classroom by addressing the diverse needs of students.
Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students requiring extra support.
Cultivate inclusivity and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.
