Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join our client based in Llanelli.
This role will require you to use your utilities and/or collections experience to manage a team of Customer Service Agents.
The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum.
Benefits and Package for a Team Leader:
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Managing, coaching and motivating a team of Agents
Tracking and measuring individual and team goals and targets
Ensuring customer expectations are met
Providing support to the team with high-volume calls or escalations
Encouraging the team to achieve high standards of performance and customer serviceKey Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:
You must have contact centre experience
Experience within the utilities or collections industry is required
Previous experience leading a team is required
Good communication skills
You should be able to think independently and work within a team
