Are you a Building Physics Engineer with a passion for sustainable building design?

Our client is searching for an experienced and qualified Building Physics Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with at least three years of industry experience, a Level 5 energy assessor qualification, and familiarity with TAS (or willingness to use alternative software such as IES). Key Responsibilities:

·Developing building models and load schedules for plant selections

·Generating SBEM's and EPC's

·Conducting comprehensive energy surveys

·Drafting energy statements for planning applications

·Preparing BREEAM reports, including Thermal Comfort, Passive Design, Low Zero Carbon, and TM54 Operational Energy assessments

What the Client is Looking For:

·Non-domestic energy assessor qualification (preferably Level 5)

·Minimum of 3 years of industry experience

·Experience with TAS (or flexibility to work with IES)

·Clean driving licence
