JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Receptionist Administrator to cover while they recruit permanently. This role will be based in Loughborough in a fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a busy team in the healthcare sector as Receptionist Administrator, the ideal candidate will have experience of using SystmOne, providing administrative support and have experience in a reception role. If you have previously worked within the healthcare sector, this will be beneficial.
Role profile:
* Reception duties including managing switchboard, meet and great and experience of using SystmOne
* General Administrative support to the office
* Handling incoming and outgoing post, emails, messages and office supplies
* Various other duties as and when required
Person profile:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills particularly in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
* Committed to providing quality service, promoting high standards within the business
* Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment working under pressure
