Job Title: Tax Manager

Futures Recruitment is representing an award-winning and well-established client seeking a Corporate Tax Manager for their Tax Services Group in Brighton. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £60,000, depending on experience, along with various employee benefits. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise and implement corporate recontructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, and staff incentive schemes

- Liaise and correspond with HMRC for clearance applications and enquiries

- Draught reports and letters of advice for various tax advisory issues

- Prepare calculations to support advice

- Train and review the work of junior staff members

- Provide support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group

- Engage in client liaison and attend meetings with other team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA qualified

- Working knowledge/experience with corporate tax

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Good IT skills

- Excellent teamwork and organisational skills
