Band 6 Community Physiotherapist – Cheshire
Hunter AHP has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract within an NHS community service based in Cheshire. This role is perfect for a physiotherapist with experience in community work, providing rehabilitation and support to patients in their own homes to enhance their independence.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with occupational therapists, nurses, and social workers to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
