HELPDESK COORDINATOR
We have new exciting roles available within the our Busy helpdesk department based in kidderminster.

Key Responsibilities:
* Answering helpdesk calls within a maximum of 3 rings
* Raising jobs recieved via email, phone call or client system
* schedule works for engineers with your area
* Ensure Tabs our in house system is up to date at all times including latest information.
* Chase subcontractors for ETA's and updates
* Raise purchase orders upon request
* Work with Managers & Clients within your area
* Follow escalation process ensuring jobs are completed with SLA
* Salary to be confirmed at interview.
This position will be discussed in greater detail at interview stage.
The hours available are:
Monday to Friday 08.00am to 17.00pm
Monday to Friday 07.00am to 16.00pm
4 on 4 off shift pattern 06.00am to 18.00pm
