What will you do
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
* Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our products/services.
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
* Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to potential clients.
* Deliver compelling and informative sales presentations to potential clients, addressing their unique business challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can add value.
* Maintain an organised and updated sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
What you will bring
* Several years of experience in inside sales/business development roles, preferably in the industrial door industry.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
* Proficient in using software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
