About the role:
As Contracts Manager you will oversee mulitple fit-out and refurbishment projects rangning in value from £50kk - £3m. This role will also include regular communication with the client. All projects will be located in London and surrounding counties.

Requirements:

Education & Qualifications: Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or quantity surveying; often supported by professional certifications like MRICS or MCIOB.

Experience: Extensive experience in project or contract management within the construction or commercial fit-out sectors, typically 5-10 years.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC), cost control, project scheduling, and risk management.

Communication & Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and coordinate between clients and subcontractors.
*
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous organizational skills for document and contract management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unforeseen project challenges, managing any budget or scheduling conflicts proactively
