Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the full site operations, managing subcontractors and direct labour.

* Ensure strict Health & Safety compliance and industry best practices are followed.

* Manage and monitor project budgets, quality control, and scheduling.

* Maintain excellent client and consultant relationships, acting as the main site lead.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience as a Senior Site Manager, delivering new-build and design and build projects up to £15M.

* A stable and progressive career history with a strong focus on site leadership.

* Strong knowledge of groundworks, structural works, and finishing trades.

* A proactive and problem-solving approach to site challenges.

* Relevant qualifications including CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Temporary Works Coordinator.
