About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HLTA to provide exceptional support in primary school settings. This role involves:

Supporting and leading classes across various year groups.
Delivering pre-planned lessons and assisting in lesson planning when required.
Working closely with teachers to promote an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring every child thrives.

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Experience working within a primary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive attitude.
