Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and helping students succeed?
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Richmond on a full-time, long-term basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in small groups, to help them achieve their learning goals.

Assisting the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

Encouraging positive behavior and creating a focused, supportive learning environment.

Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing feedback to the teacher.

Supporting students with additional needs and helping to engage them in their studies.

Key Requirements:

A degree in any subject (essential).

Passion for working with young people and supporting their learning and development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude to working in a classroom environment.

Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
