Key Responsibilities:

Taking full responsibility for credit control across a group of companies within the professional services sector.

Managing the full credit control process, including chasing overdue payments and escalating cases when required.

Liaising with clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

Collaborating with internal teams to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

Identifying debts requiring escalation and managing legal recovery processes where appropriate.

Supporting the business’s financial operations while contributing to its ongoing growth and success.

What are they looking for?:

Proven experience in a Credit Control role

Confidence in managing the end-to-end credit control process, including debt escalation to legal action.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.

A proactive attitude with a desire to grow professionally and take on additional responsibilities.

Comfortable using accounting software and tools (specific systems experience is a plus).
