Vibrance has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our exceptional team in Wanstead. You will join us on a permanent 20 hour per week, part time contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12,747 per annum, plus benefits (£23,582 pro rata).

About the Support Worker role:

Our House is a registered care home providing care to 3 adults with Down’s Syndrome who have a high degree of daily living skills.

We’re looking for a Support Worker who wants to make a real difference by joining a team that takes a refreshing approach to care.

You'll be responsible for empowering residents’ independence in their home and in the community, assisting with daily living skills e.g. cooking, housekeeping, finances, and medication.

As well as being able to work as part of a team, understanding lone-working, working on own initiative and dealing with situations as they arise.

We welcome candidates with and without experience, as we provide a high standard of training to all staff.

Skills and experience of our ideal Support Worker:
