Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Actively recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on a mix of projects including industrial warehouse projects which are steel frame and commercial new build projects in Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities of Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assisting the Commercial Manager with project budgets and cost estimations
Support the preparation of tender documents and contractors bids
Managing subcontractor payments through to final accounts
Compile regular reports on the financial status of the project including cost analysis and forecasts

Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Degree in a construction related subject
At least 3 years experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
To be keen on a site-based role where you will be mentored by the industry's best senior surveyors.
