A leading player in the UK property services sector, renowned for their commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, is looking for an Passive Fire Protection Site Manager to join their Birmingham based fire protection team to cover the Gloucester to Stafford area.

Responsibilities include:

* Mobile site manager covering multiple projects

* 2-days/week office-based in Birmingham, 3-days/week site based

* Passive fire installs, repairs and maintenance following FRA surveys

* Works including fire stopping, roof compartmentation, fire door installs/remedials/maintenance

* Overseeing direct labour and sub-contractors

* Supporting the Contracts Manager on hiring and onboarding of additional labour to support project delivery

What's on offer?

* £28/hour on a temporary/self-employed basis

* Opportunity to go onto a permenant contract after 12-weeks at £40,000/year

* Vehicle and fuel card provided

* Training provided

The successful candidate will have:

* Trade background in fire door install/remedials (essential) + experience of firestopping/compartmentation (desired)

* Experience working on social housing properties (essential)

* Supervisory/Site Management experience + SSSTS/SMSTS (essential)

* FIRAS/BM TRADA experience desired by not essential, training can be provided in post

* ASFP Foundation / Level 2 (desirable, training can be provided in post)
