We are requiring an experienced and highly motivated site manager to help the team, fulfil the residential development, an excellent opportunity to work with well-established house building organisations, delivering family homes at exceptional standard.

Location: Crewe, Chesire, CW1

Hourly rate: £25.00-£26.00

Duration: Long term

Start date: Immediate

Duties required:

-Deliver projects within time & budget

-Material call offs

-Co-ordinating staff ensuring they carry out their required role in accordance with policies and procedures

-Effective Health and Safety Management

-Ensuring the achievement of project targets

-Maintaining quality control checks

-Dealing with challenges on a day-to-day basis
