We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our supportive team and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and care staff.
Maintain accurate records, including care plans, schedules, and client information.
Handle phone and email inquiries with professionalism and sensitivity.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and processing compliance checks.
Monitor and ensure staff compliance with training and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate rota and schedule updates with efficiency and accuracy.
General office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role within the healthcare sector, ideally domiciliary care.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
