About Us: At Direct Recruitment Midlands Ltd we’re dedicated to delivering excellence in Industrial Warehouse Recruitment. We are representing a new business in Stone, ST15 area and we’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join us and help us achieve our goals.

Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact our ability to meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.

* Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurate.

* Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.

* Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.

* Equipment Operation: Use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks) safely and efficiently.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse role is preferred but not essential.

* Skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

* Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods.

* Safety Awareness: Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

* Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts if required.
