Plumber – Leading FM Provider – Prestigious Shopping Centre, Oxford

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 + Excellent Benefits | Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

We’re hiring an experienced Plumber to join the world’s largest FM provider at one of Oxford’s most prestigious shopping centres. As part of a 6-person onsite maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for both reactive plumbing works and daily planned maintenance, ensuring the smooth running of the site. You’ll also keep logbooks up to date and liaise with clients, making strong communication and customer service skills essential.

* Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and planned preventative maintenance.

* Maintain site logbooks and ensure compliance.

* Collaborate with your team to ensure all plumbing systems function efficiently.

* Provide top-notch customer service when dealing with clients.

* Participate in a monthly call-out rota.
