An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in the UK. My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services.

Vacancy Brief:

* The job role is that of a Business Support Analyst (BSA); this is initially a three-month interim contract covering sickness.

* This is a part-time vacancy; 28 hours a week (Four days a week).

* Working pattern is weekdays 9 – 5 pm.

* Pay rate for this vacancy is £12.40 per hour on PAYE OR £15.81 Umbrella.

* Based on site, in Shropshire but hybrid working will be offered after the initial training period

The Responsibilities:

* In your job role as a Business Support Analyst, you will be administrating and maintaining contract documentation and planned maintenance records on the Asset database.

* You will undertake financial approvals in line with Standing Orders.

* An important aspect of your role will be to keep the Asset Management database updated with all information in relation to, ad-hoc orders, health and safety records including the asbestos register, planned maintenance records and tenant enquiries and information.

* You will be communicating with customers and arranging access into homes to undertake work or surveys.

* Furthermore, you will deal with general correspondence and queries from both customers and colleagues via multiple channels on matters within the scope of their responsibilities including pre-inspections, asset enquiries and adaptation requests.
