Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse financial reports, including P&L accounts, forecasts, and budget packs.
Collaborate with management to optimize revenue and control costs effectively.
Ensure accurate billing of revenues and maintain stringent cash control measures.
Implement and oversee efficient control systems for payroll and expenditure management.
Attend monthly board meetings to present financial insights and recommendations.
What Experience is Required
Previous experience in a hospitality finance role or related operational position.
Relevant financial qualification or progress towards one, with support for further training.
Familiarity with payroll, productivity metrics, and financial management software.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
