Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Full Time position on a temporary basis

Rates of pay vary between £85-£110 per day depending on experience

I currently have the pleasure of working with a popular Secondary School based in Warwickshire that are looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis. Your role will be to support KS3 (years11-14 years old)  students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis that have additional learning needs.

Requirements for the ideal candidate below:

Happy to work 5 days a week starting at 8:30am and finishing at 15.30pm each day.  
Passionate about providing quality support to students with additional learning needs such as Autism, SEMH and Complex Needs
Previous experience working with KS3 students desired but not essential.
Have a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
A minimum of 6 months’ referenceable experience in an educational setting.
All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.

A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to also support and provide market leading advice whilst in the role.
