Position Overview:
As a Ganger, you will play a key role in supervising and coordinating a team of tradespeople on site. You will ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, while maintaining strong communication with the Site Foreman and other project managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Coordinate the day-to-day activities on-site to ensure smooth progress and minimal disruption.
*
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*
Collaborate with the Site Foreman and project managers to ensure that project milestones and timelines are met.
*
Resolve any issues or delays on-site in a proactive and effective manner.
*
Ensure quality control and compliance with the project’s requirements and specifications.
Key Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
*
Strong leadership and team management skills.
*
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*
Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve problems on-site.
*
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
*
Relevant qualifications such as SSSTS, SMSTS, or First Aid are desirable.
