* Band 6

* At least 3 months

* Community based with Stroke experience | Need to be qualified not necessarily Post Grad 3yrs.

* Must be car driver and have own car

* System one desirable but not essential

* TBC – some flexibility in working patterns

* Qualified Occupational Therapist
