Key Responsibilities:

* Inspire and Educate: Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of children with severe physical disabilities.

* Individualised Support: Develop and implement personalised education plans to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

* Collaborative Approach: Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other staff to provide holistic support for the children.

* Positive Environment: Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience working with children with severe physical disabilities is highly desirable.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.

* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
