Description
Identify potential clients via warm leads and conduct appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
Develop relationships with prospective clients (warm leads), while maintaining existing client relationships
Create and present a detailed, cost-effective business solution to the potential client
Collaborate with the sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Meet and strive to exceed sales quotas
Track and report metrics through CRM system
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customers' dedicationProfile
A successful Temp Sales Executive should have:
2 year experience within Business Development, Telesales & Sales Executive
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with CRM software
A strong understanding of the sales process
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
