Marketing Communications Manager - Shoreditch, London - ASAP start - Permanent role - £45,000k - £60,000 PA (depending on experience) ****

The Marketing Communications Manager role will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing activities, including events, for our client and associated brands to drive brand visibility, customer retention, and audience acquisition and reach.

This role will write comprehensive marketing briefs to the creative team, develop marketing channels to create high performing marketing campaigns and deliver events to drive awareness in our target markets. In addition, this role will build strong relationships with other areas of the business to deliver a consistent flow of marketing content.

What this role entails:

* Work alongside the Head of Marketing on key strategic initiatives including new launches, event planning, brand awareness and lead generation

* Maintain the marketing calendar and support the Head of Marketing to develop campaign plans

* Write briefs and work collaboratively with Design, Digital Marketing, Partnerships and wider business teams

* Manage the social channels for our clients and associated brands, including scheduling, posting, and reporting

* Conduct keyword research and create SEO-optimized content, including guides, articles, website copy, and social media content

* Analyse content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise our strategy

* Line management

* Other ad-hoc marketing tasks as required

Who we are looking for:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing/content/events/social media role

* Proven experience of developing content and campaigns for LinkedIn

* Strong understanding of the customer journey and be able to identify key touchpoints to execute campaigns

* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and driving organic growth through content

* Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging content

* Familiarity with content management systems, various marketing channels, and knowledge of which content formats work best in different contexts.

* Meticulous attention to detail
