Job Title: HR Administrator

Our client, a reputable health care organisation, is seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
As HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations within our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assisting with the recruitment process by creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
Processing new hire paperwork and conducting employee orientation sessions
Coordinating and managing employee benefits and leave administration processes
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of payroll data
Maintaining HR databases and generating HR reports as required
Providing general HR support to employees and management and addressing HR-related queries
Administering performance management processes and assisting with employee development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
A background within a HR Administrator or similar role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
