Salary: £27,500 - £30,500
Hours: Full time, office based
 
ACR are recruiting for  a Credit Controller to join our clients team in Peterborough. If you’re organised, great with numbers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
 
Role Overview:
 
As a Credit Controller, you’ll manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and keep financial records accurate. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and minimize overdue balances.
Key Responsibilities:

Contact customers to ensure payments are made on time.
Process daily invoices and credit notes for national and international sales.
Handle customer queries and resolve payment delays.
Monitor lease agreements and ensure correct invoicing.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
Allocate payments and update customer accounts.
Monitor bank transactions and prepayments.
Ensure online orders are processed correctly. What We’re Looking For:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Experience in credit control or finance is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle data accurately.
