Operations Manager / Contracts Manager

True Consulting is working in partnership with a Principal Contractor who have played an influential role, advising & supporting Local Authorities in their mission to decarbonise Schools, Universities and Hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland.

The business offers Low Carbon Energy & Heating Solutions for Education, Healthcare & Office based projects. Covering every stage of the project, from initial Mechanical & Electrical concept and design through to installation & commissioning of Plant & Boiler Rooms.

They’re looking for an M&E focused (Mechanical preference) Operations Manager / Contracts Manager like character to Head Compliance throughout the project stages. You’ll be responsible for growing a team who’ll ensure installation is followed to correct design procedure, communicating issues with Head of Departments on major projects.

This will be a Senior appointment, tasked with growing a critical department within the business.

Operations Manager / Contracts Manager Requirement

* Preferably have a Mechanically bias Engineering, Projects or Contracts background

* Must have man-management experience

* Must have knowledge of the early Pre-Construction & Design process

* Compliance oriented individual
