Address customer concerns related to shipping, delivery time-lines, and order tracking, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently.
Proactively identify and communicate potential logistics challenges and work collaboratively to find effective solutions.Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle complex situations with patience and professionalism.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
