Positions Available: Level 2/3 Practitioners & Room Leads

We are seeking experienced nursery practitioners to join our team, with a range of roles available from Level 2/3 Practitioners to Room Leads. If you have a strong background in childcare, a passion for supporting children's development, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their growth and development.
Plan and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive for all children.
Room Leads: Lead and manage a room, guiding staff and ensuring high standards of care and learning.Requirements:

Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (for Practitioner roles).
Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
A genuine passion for children's education and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Room Leads: Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting is preferred.Benefits:
