ThreeSixty Talent is delighted to continue a 5 year working relationship with a very busy and rapidly growing organisation working within the utilities sector. As part of impressive growth plans, they are looking to build a team of Sales Consultants specialising in water and waste.

Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Consultants to work predominantly within our clients water and waste sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. You will also be calling an existing customer base to cross sell as well as working on acquiring new customers.

Package

* Full-time, Permanent

* Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa depending on experience, OTE 50k+

* Holidays, you will get 32 days inclusive of Bank Holidays and the Christmas Period off

* Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm - work lifre balance is key!

* Achieve and exceed sales targets and associated KPI’s

* Strong work ethic to speak with lots of business owners every day

* Objection handling and the ability to influence

* Work with customers to identify their water and waste needs and provide customised solutions

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to exceed their expectations

* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new products

* Manage and update customer information in the company's CRM system
