Are you ready to take your administrative career to the next level? Our client, a well-established company in near Aldershot, is seeking an Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive and customer focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless order processing, excellent customer service, and efficient administrative support across various departments. With excellent development prospects, this role empowers you to showcase your excellent customer service skills, whilst demonstrating a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Process customer orders via phone, email, and online portals
Coordinate with internal departments to enhance the customer experience
Prepare quotations and pricing information upon request
Manage credit notes and facilitate customer returns
Organise collections and deliveries in liaison with carriers
Provide customers with delivery updates and proof of deliveries
Support customers with website navigation and product selection
Assist Account Managers by handling queries and offering administrative support
Offer product guidance, including features, dimensions, applications, and ratings
Generate invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with external contractors for installations and service calls
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Carry out general administrative tasks such as handling post, filing, and maintaining customer records 
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
Excellent communication skills with a polite and confident telephone manner
Strong IT and data entry skills with attention to detail
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills
