The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join the Electro-Optical (EO) Seekers & Sensors Department. This role involves providing specialist EO design support for complex weapon programmes, from specification and assessment to delivery and support. You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of EO Seekers & Sensors, collaborating with specialist teams and external partners to meet demanding customer requirements. The work is dynamic and varied, offering the chance to contribute to cutting-edge R&D initiatives. You'll be part of a highly skilled team, with strong support for professional development and a balanced work-life environment.

What we want from you:

Requirements analysis, specification, and validation
System architecture design and modeling
Conducting system trade studies to support design decisions
Systems proving, design assurance, and certification
Proficiency with systems engineering tools (e.g., IBM DOORS Next, Rhapsody, etc.)

For Security Clearance reasons to work this role you must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship
