Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £13 per hour

Contract: Initially 5 months

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor at a leading Financial Services provider, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from pension customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving complex queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls from pension customers
2. Resolving customer complex queries efficiently
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
4. Updating customer records accurately
5. Meeting and exceeding customer service targets
