James Gray Recruitment are actively seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of our client, a well respected Civil Engineering contractor to join their team in East Renfrewshire.

Our client:

* A leading civil engineering contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland.

What you’ll be doing:

* As the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all projects adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

* Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System

* Lead quality assurance activities on all projects, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct regular site inspections

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality procedures are embedded throughout the project lifecycle.

* Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key metrics and improvement areas.

What you’ll need to be successful:

* Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the construction or civil engineering sector.

* In-depth knowledge of quality management systems.

* Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements.

* Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.

* Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or Civil Engineering are highly desirable.
