As a Resident Liaison Officer you will be playing a key customer-facing role in the extensive retrofitting programme needed to make our homes and buildings more energy efficient, and enable a faster transition to Net Zero.

Job Description
As a primary point of contact for residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team, as a Resident Liaison Officer you will engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days, ensuring they are aware of the works processes and communicating updates or changes accordingly. You will coordinate the handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare, managing expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams. Your role will involve fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the duration of the retrofit project.

* Customer Service Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with residents from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
* Empathetic, patient, and a customer-centric approach to resident relations.
* Resilience under pressure
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Own transport is essential for this role
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in social housing or community development projects.
* Experience working for a Contractor or in a client-side resident liaison/community engagement role, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance or asset management.

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
