Role: Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) for Key Stage 1

? Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you will:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students, ensuring they can access the curriculum.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement tailored support plans.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Help students build confidence, social skills, and independence.
Monitor and assess student progress, keeping accurate records.
