Job Opportunity: Project Engineer (Freelance) - Inverness

About the Role: Contract Scotland is partnering with a reputable construction and engineering firm renowned for delivering high-quality solutions to complex projects across the commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors. They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a 10 to 12-month period on a project based in Inverness.

Responsibilities: As a Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

Project planning
Project execution
Quality control
Providing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and quality
Overseeing compliance and safety on site
Verifying the accuracy of plans, drawings, and quantities
What We Offer:

Immediate start with a 10 to 12-month contract, with potential for extended work
Competitive daily rate: £350 per day
Flexible payment options: Limited Company, PAYE, or CIS
Requirements:

Minimum HNC qualification or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Flexibility and ability to work independently
Essential experience in civil engineering within a contracting environment
Valid CSCS Card
