Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded and long-established Social Housing Contractor renowned for its exceptional service in offering building maintenance and construction services to housing associations, councils, and the education sector for over the last 80 years in London and surrounding home counties.

You will need an experienced background in repairs and maintenance to domestic properties that are tenanted and you will be mainly covering Brighton, Sutton, and Redhill undertaking pre-planned maintenance repairs.

Skillset:

* Carpentry

* Roofing

* Plastering

* Minor Brickwork

* Logging and Signing Works Via a PDA System

* Liaising with tenants, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

* Full UK Driver's License

* Previous experience in social housing/residential construction

* Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
