Are you a Senior Land Surveyor looking to settle in with an up-and-coming business?

My client is seeking a Senior Land Surveyor, with experience working on construction and civil engineering projects, to lead a team of junior Land Surveyors while conducting topographical surveys, creating 3D point cloud models, monitoring and performing setting out tasks.

Key Responsibilities as a Land Surveyor:

Establishing and maintaining survey controls, setting out grid lines, levelling, traversing and other land surveying work.
Mentoring junior Land Surveyors and other junior employees when required.
Volumetric surveys.
Accurately and consistently recording underground assets.
Data processing using Auto CAD
Ensure that all survey kit is maintained and well kept.
Taking responsibility for junior team members.

A degree in surveying, construction, or engineering (or equivalent).
Ability to show previous experience in a similar role.
Proficient with Auto-CAD and the usage of surveying equipment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and surveying records.
