Project Engineer (MEICA)

Tier 1 Main Contractor

Location: Within 40 miles of WS1 4NN

Salary: £55,000 per annum + car allowance + benefits 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of MEICA projects. You'll ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders. This role involves technical input, risk management, and driving customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support project delivery through technical expertise, planning, and risk mitigation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and teams to ensure projects meet requirements.
Oversee suppliers and manage technical aspects of designs and installations.
Conduct audits, technical checks, and quality control during project phases.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards throughout.
Requirements

Essential: Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or ICA Engineering, SMSTS/NEBOSH, and relevant CSCS card. Proven experience in MEICA or industrial engineering.
Desirable: Water industry experience, familiarity with WIMES standards, and knowledge of NEC or similar contracts.
